12/11/2009: Christian Amonson records the first night of Handel's Messiah at Bruton Parish. Microphone of choice was the Sontronics Apollo. The architecture of the church requires assymetrical placement of the choirs, prompting creative microphone placement. The results were stunning.

3/29/2009: Engineer Christian Amonson performs Nordic folk music and records at the World Music Festival at the University of Virginia. Ensemble recorded include the UVA Gamelan Ensemble, the University of Richmond Community Balinese Gamelan Ensemble directed by Andrew Clay McGraw, William and Mary Nordic Music Ensemble directed by David Kaminsky, and the UVA Klezmer Ensemble.

2/27/2009: The William and Mary Wind Symphony records the second night of it's annual POPS concert. The crowd was amazing, and director Angela Holt conducted their ensemble with a lightsaber. Memorable to say the least.
